We’re honored to engrave your personal items and will treat them with the utmost care. However, because every item is unique and engraving is a permanent process, there’s always a small risk of damage from human or mechanical error. By providing your own pieces, you understand and accept this risk, and agree that The Caffeinated Alchemist cannot replace or reimburse items if something goes wrong.
